Comfortable fairly new apartments. Price is right. Unfortunately a very noisy neighbor upstairs. Other than that a good place to live.

I would not live here if you like your privacy. This is the only complex I’ve heard of where inspections happen MONTHLY. (Meaning they come into your home and look around your bedroom, bathroom, and common areas, MONTHLY) I just find it very strange that someone would be required to do that monthly. It’s almost like they treat it like everyone has section 8 housing and that’s not the case for me. Furthermore, I just feel like the community itself is an experiment for the poor.
