Great experience so far! I chose this place because of its unbeatable price and proximity to work. Maintenance is responsive. Staff is friendly. Community is quiet and clean. Parking is plenty. Location is less than 10 minute drive from everything I would need. For a new grad, this was a hidden gem! However, finding an opening here for market value units is very difficult as there is only a handful available. Comfortable fairly new apartments. Price is right. Unfortunately a very noisy neighbor upstairs. Other than that a good place to live.
I love living at Robinson Overlook I've been living here for almost 4 years come December of 2025.I like what the property do for our community since it small and there's nothing close by.Love the quietness Don't plan on moving anytime soon.Thanks Robinson Overlook
