After working hard to keep us in heat for a couple of days, George made sure that a salesman contacted me first thing next morning to replace Mom's old unit. Homeowner Robinson Heating & Cooling is who I call whenever I need honest, professional service. While I understand that no business is perfect I consider them to be one of the best! Integrity, respect and value are important to me and they have it! Dave has gone out of his way to provide prompt service and I feel that my needs AND my budget are considered. I had them service my furnace and AC unit and install a new hot water heater. Fair prices for great service! I keep their number handy.....

They gave me the choice of fixing my 17 year old furnace or replacing it. Got 3 quotes and one was higher and one was lower. The lower one was from a gentleman who worked out of his home and I wasn't comfortable that he would be in business for 10 years to honor the warranty. Robinson advertises they have been in business for 50+ years so I went with them. I couldn't be happier that I did. I recently had Robinson come out to my home for an emergency service call. I wasn't getting any heat at all. It's the winter mind you, and I have 2 small children. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and address it immediately. They stated that they had the part in their shop ready right away. They had me up in running in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Robinson heating and cooling to anyone commercial or residential, their service is A++++.
