They don’t answer phones
Terrible customer service at the front desk. Almost every time I call, I’m on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Often times, I’ll be on hold for 15-25 minutes, then they’ll answer the phone and say “Robinson Clinic, please hold” after I’d been on hold for 25 minutes. If zero stars were an option, I’d choose that.
Gentleman in the Pharmacy does God's work. Don't let me find out that you gave him a hard time. Front desk gals were kind to me, but far from helpful.
Pharmacy is SLOW. The man needs an assistant or something. I will probably never use this pharmacy again.
