EMS workers quick, attentive and professional. Billing department not so accommodating. Was never aware I had a $783 balance due until it reached collections and credit bureau. EMS said they would mail a form to sign and to mail it back. Did so and advised collection rep as such. I was told situation was not resolved. Called EMS company and told them I signed and returned a form so my insurance company could cover the cost and was told it's too late to turn into insurance. These guys are the best. Professional.
A week ago today Robinson EM Services saved my husband's life. He was having a heart attack, then cardiac arrest minutes after the EMS arrived at our home. They were able to revive him! Without their quick actions and transport to a hospital he would not be alive today. I didn't get their names but I am extremely grateful for their help.
