I have been a patient at Robinson Dental for a couple of years, and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Phillips. She is knowledgeable, professional, and always provides excellent care. My most recent visit was for a tooth extraction. While I was very pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Phillips, my experience with the office staff left me disappointed. Fabulous staff & Fabulous Dentist!
They lie up front about the price. Very over priced for the sub par service offered.
Be careful here. They will overcharge your insurance, not give a breakdown, then harass you a year later for payment. They quoted a $300 procedure for me, I paid this amount, then a year later it’s $575 and claimed my insurance wouldn’t pay. I called my insurance and they said nothing was submitted to them. This place is engaging in fraud.
Love my dentist. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and explains everything. I recommend her highly!
