Robins marine & Snowmobile service has first class customer service!!! I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I was in need of very hard to find part for my outboard motor. & after finding the part on their website but having issues adding the part to my cart I contacted robins marine via phone and spoke Joanne who was more than helpful she was extremely knowledgeable & efficient. Don't listen to anything he promises. Or if he says he will call back and get you sorted.. he won't. Waisted alot of my time. Not good customer service.
I have a 24 year old outboard. I recently went to Robin’s with a parts list. I was tearing down the engine to rebuild it. They had every part I needed to rebuild and reseal it in stock! Hard to believe in this day and age. Decades of experience and owner operated. Robin knows…Do yourself a favour and go see him.
Helped with my husband's 1994 Mercury XRi outboard, was having issues no one else was able to resolve. Worked at it for a bit, gave me some ideas to try. Really thankful for the help and ideas and the willingness to work with us. Good price on parts, fast service.
Terrible service was told to bring outboard in two weeks brought it in sat there for one month no response to phone calls waste of time
