This guy is fantastic in terms of customer service. If you have a Volvo Penta motor, he has an abundance of hard to find parts and he will send them to you immediately!
Robin was super helpful and had all the parts I needed to rebuild my arctic cat clutch, even stayed open to meet me on Christmas Eve!
We had some issues with an older Mercury Tower of Power motor and took it to Robin. Since we had to travel about 6 hours to get to the shop, Robin bent over backwards to get the repairs done in one day. Awesome man and crew. Plus he has the best selection of snow mobile parts. Truly a 5 out of 5
I got a request to call Robins Marine as they really know their stuff. Inquired about parts for my boat. Service guy said to send pictures in . Sent a bunch explaining clearly what I wanted. Front end staff responded with pictures would be sent to Service department. Called back a week later? Far too busy ,will get back in a day or two. Nothing in 2 weeks. Simple thing is too respond with can’t help rather than nothing . Not much help here
Robins marine ruined our family boat. They claimed to be able to fix our boat motor. It cost us thousands of dollars but it didn’t work. The suggested repair was to replace the motor with an old existing one that they had “fixed” from around the shop. With limited options we chose that but to our disappointment it was just some old junk.
