Don't bother trying to call the Garden City Shop. I called 5 times throughout the day and they never picked up. Bloody Pathetic
Great bargains on knives for Xmas gift. Always a pleasure.
I had a wonderful experience when I got my mum a set of pots in the shop. The staff lady, Carole was really friendly and nice. Another great experience was I called the shop after a few days as my mum had some issue with one of the pot. The lady who took my call, Lisa was very helpful and supportive to resolve my issue. Overall I feel they provide great customer service experience and after sales support.
