Very helpful and good prices. We were happy to find a used bike and great service on our other bike.
Needed a new cassette, chainrings, chain, new innertubes, and an overall tuneup on my Ridley to get her riding great again. Awesome work, quick work, and fair pricing. Long way for me to drive (40 miles) but well worth it.
We are in from out of town and needed help finding a place for a long ride. Without any hesitation, and no pressure for a sale, they provided a map and several route suggestions. While there we purchased a new helmet and socks at very reasonable prices. Great, sincere customer service. Thanks! We'll be back and recommend you to our cycling and tri friends who often visit this area. P.S. There a very friendly tabby cat who likes some extra attention.
Robin built my bike for me five years ago. It was time to rewrap my handlebars. Contacted the store, they called me and shipped the same wrap in the same color to me in Louisiana. Talk about customer service!
Out of town guests looking for a part shop did not carry. He was kind enough to take one off a parts bike to get us back rolling again. Thanks for going out of your way to help. It is greatly appreciated and will be back in the near future.
Great bike shop and very helpful to out of town guests. Enjoyed tagging along with the Thursday morning ride this morning. Learned a few new routes and enjoyed the company. Great people!
