Yes the price is good. They do have monthly pest control (mandatory) but that does not help you will still have BUGS! And there is always an odor coming from the pipes in the bathroom and kitchen. I moved out in December and still trying to get my $700 security deposit BACK I left in good terms, cleaned the place spotless & move in ready I'm just getting the run around! But I am determined and will get back what is owed!!

Rent prices are fair, the facility was in good shape. All staff and residents were accommodating.

RecommendedEven tho I got a non renewal(no reason) & 2 weeks to leave with 2 kids, I’m still an honest person. I can’t speak down on this complex. I’ve been comfortable here & the managers were easy to talk to. Very affordable. Moved from Missouri straight here & the process was very easy. Thnx for the opportunity!!
