Horrible experience. The house is disgusting even though they charge a mandatory $250 "cleaning" charge. So many things need to be fixed that should have been fixed before it was even shown. So many asinine fees
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a home listed from this Re/Max office through another realtor. In the listing, it specifically said …." The upgrades list goes on forever!!!! Interior: Crown molding throughout, plantation shutters on every window, seamless rain glass in bathrooms, decorative wall molding in dinning room, front loading washer and dryer, garage ceiling storage, 30' x 12' attic storage.".....
