I did not care for my experience with her. I do not think she is very warm or caring. More so when she did a surgery, she did not give me a lot of information which left me anxious when I had certain symptoms I did not understand. There was not good follow up from the office about my questions. She may be great with others, but I did not like my experience.
Dr. Schaffran was absolutely amazing!! I had just had some horrible experiences with some other dermatologists and she set my mind at ease, answering all my questions, taking time with me and making me feel so taken care of! Literally a dream come true!
I have been going to Dr. Schaffran for many years. She is a fabulous doctor and lovely human being! Always makes her patients feel comfortable & knowledgeable about medical issues.
LOVE Dr. Schaffran! She's super sweet and really knows what she's doing with regard to acne. She's told me that no Accutane patient of hers has had acne recur afterward - they've all been successful - and I've found this to be true. The office has been great with appointments. It took me a long time to find a dermatologist that I like and can trust in the LA area and I've finally found one. 10/10 RECOMMEND!
