It's great to see a daughter follow the amazing footsteps of her dad. My wife's favorite since doc has always responded to her within 10 minutes after hours; couple of times that she needed doctor's guidance. And Dr. M always sincerely cares for her patients. Thanks.
RUN! The dentistry went downhill after it has been sold to dr Yoon Choi. I have been a patient of other doctors before the sale for years and those were great doctors with great ethics. Never had an issue. But my first encounter with YC was terrible. It took 4 visits for 1 crown. It seems that she didn’t have experience about how much space she needed for a crown. She had to shave more each next appointment. Two of my 3 temp crowns would not survive a week, leaving me with a sensitive uncovered tooth. I haven’t chewed on my ... read more
I was a patient of Dr Mells, after she moved I went for the appointment with Dr Yoon Choi, she is the best Doctor I ve met at San Jose. Dr Choi and Connie made my experience with them flawless, put me in ease, let’s face it no one likes pain. Dr Choi is also very honest dentist, probably the most honest in San Jose. Finding honest dentists is very hard in the Bay Area. Thank you Dr Choi and Connie!
My first visit was excellent. Rita the receptionist, Connie, and Dr. Mells are very professional. I appreciate how patient and gentle Dr. Mells was with me since visiting a dentist generally gets me nervous and tense. These ladies made my experience so positive it's hard to believe that it took a lifetime to experience a positive dentist appointment, so thanks.
what an amazing dental office !! Dr Mells has a bright happy office space, and everyone there is in a good mood, excited to there, and motivated to help you!. I had a root canal, admittedly not the most fun way to spend your morning, but with all the positive vibes and sense of humor, it went by quickly and painlessly.
