Dr Madsen repaired the rotator cuff and bicep tendon in my right shoulder in June 2017, and as of January 2018 it's completely healed, pain free and with full mobility. Dr Madsen is quite the good surgeon. I hope I don't need shoulder surgery again, but if I do, she'll be the surgeon to fix it or any other orthopedic surgery I ever need.
I have only been seen in the office, no procedures, but I felt heard, validated and that a sufficient amount of time was spent with me. I was in the waiting room about 25 minutes after my appointment time, and in the room about 10 minutes. I am not puzzled or concerned over the wait.
