Rude and condescending woman called me exactly a week later, Dr.Dora if this is your practice and these are your staff members you need to FIRE All of them, they were RUDE!!! GOOD LUCK. PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! And I've never got to see the Doctor. What an embarrassment. Shame on Lady, that called me that so rude. I wouldn't even give one Star, but it won't let u continue. I have had the amazing pleasure of having Dr Dore as my Rhumatologolist for the majority of my adult life. She is a real gem, not only does she go out of her way to make sure all your questions are answered she also genuinely cares about her patients as well as keeps up on all the latest and greatest. She has gotten me thru many surgeries and hard times. She is very responsive to patient portal questions and researches tough choices with me. Can't say enough about her. I would give no stars if possible. The office NEVER calls you back. As a new patient I faithfully filled out pages of docs before my appt.. She cancelled my appt. 2 times and the office never gave me an appt they said they would "call back". I have been trying to get my medical records back as I will never see this doctor. I am going to file a complaint to the Medical Board of California for misuse of personal medical information. If this her office practice I can't imagine how she practices medicine.
Dr Dore is the best! So knowledgeable and helpful!
