We have always had a great experience with office and Dr. Rustin is amazing. Recent experience was very unpleasant as they made a perfectly healthy baby sit on the sick side. Within 48 hours I was taking my now sick baby to the ER and the office manager will do everything to defend their actions. Office manager couldn't even bother to look at baby's chart to know he is a boy not a girl and his age to know he can't wear a mask or anything else before she began talking.
We love Mandarin Pediatrics! They are always so kind and helpful. They almost always have same day sick appointments. The on-call nurse is usually rather busy but she tries to get back to you within an hour or two. We have never had any issues here and everyone just loves on our little boy!
They’re awesome! The doctors and staff love the kids! They’re very knowledgeable and answer questions… they’ll even research and get back to you if they need to… and they are efficient never waited more than 4-5 minutes ever…
Where do I begin… Very judgmental on vaccines. My lord. Let the parents breath and do their research. I’m not anti vax. I would like to do my research & split up vaccines. They make you feel like a horrible parent. They also send your bill right to collections when you have a newborn & don’t let the birth certificate come in like it’s a race. I’ve also put a call in TWICE now after hours because my baby has thrush & need antibiotics. Not one phone call back. Pls do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.
