They diagnosed and repaired my F150 very quickly. Molly was very good at keeping me up date with the repair. I even told her manager how good she was when I picked up my truck. The only negative I have is charging me $14 each for spark plugs that were less than a month old. I understand mark up, but really?
There is nothing like a home town business. Robin Motor's service staff went above and beyond to repair my 2007 Ford Fusion. The vehicle needed extensive repair and although most people would not have repaired it, Robin's understood the importance of this vehicle to me. I have many very fond memories of driving my Mom & Dad in this vehicle and listening to their stories. Those stories are so valuable and the reason why I have held on to this vehicle. I would like to thank Robin's for taking such good care of my car.
The service department was outstanding in fixing my sons Ford Focus two days ahead of schedule. I really appreciate their time and effort to service his vehicle in a timely manner.
Service department is very friendly and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Even though my vehicle was used, they knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it. I would use their service department again.
