Robin drive auto makes income by scamming. They find scrap cars or unsalveagable wrecks. They will fix the vehicle up to where it will work temporarily. When crap hits the fan, they will file a lawsuit and earn money by stealing your hard earned cash. Why they are still in business.. I do not know.
A couple of months ago, I had written some negative things about Robin Drive Auto. I did so because I was angry and I evidently misunderstood some things. Yes, I was served with court papers because it was MY fault on not upholding my end of a deal. If I could give a negative on stars.... I would! It is a darn shame when you scam a 16 year old on her first car. Not to mention that when I paid the car off I had to take it into them to check the vin and miles. Well I should have walked out to my daughters car with them. They broke off her window fuse. I had bought a car-cadiallac catera from robin Drive auto a few years back. I paid it off even after it died on me 6 months before I traded it in on a Jeep that was in even worse shape from them. From the time I had bought this Jeep -it needed a powersteering mechanism fixed, a new battery, the wires leading to battery needed replacing too, 4 tires, it was leaking water inside, need new wipers ,needed a radiator and brakes and a new muffler system...ask elsmere police dpt about the muffler...the cop said I didn't even have a... read more
Will never use this dealership again, would not recommend to my worst enemy. They ripped me off with my title never submitting it and then charging me more as a secretary fee. Issues with car from first week. Had to dump a lot of money fixing a car that was in "excellent condition". They lie every chance they get and look for every opportunity to take advantage of you to make a few extra bucks!
Robin drive auto worst place to buy a auto....if you ever go you'll meet dick bag Dave . Bought truck off of them ...never missed payment , never late... Saying I still owe ... Under new management again.... Dick bag Dave stole car from me... It's not worth the problem stay away, other car dealers will help u out .. David is such a fake he will sell a piece of crap car and say that it is a perfect running car and then to top it off he has you lie to the financing company about payments I would never tell anyone to go there also their warranty sucks and dave is a big lier
