These apartments are horrible! They were owned by Aspen management. Aspen had someone come in and put on new roofs about June 2018. The company did metal roofs on some of the buildings. In Jan 2019 we got notice that in our attics and ceilings there was mold. From what we were told the metal roofs were not properly ventilated. We had to 2 days notice to evacuate because of the matter. They did give us per diem to live on but it was low. They told us we would be gone and week.
