I recently had electrical work completed at my house by William (Billy) and Greg, who were electricians from Robin Aire. I was extremely pleased with work these gentlemen performed. The work was very impressive. I am glad I chose to use Robin Aire. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable. Despite the rain on the day of the service, neither of them complained; instead, they diligently worked to complete the job. I would highly recommend Robin Aire to my friends. Sheryl R.
Waited a few days for a circuit board to be repaired which is to be expected however I was charged $820 for 2.5 hours of labor and the part. Part is $190 anywhere online. So, $731 for the part and installation plus the $89 Diag Charge (Diag charge I'm OK with). Called to discuss the charge and was told basically the flat rate is the flat rate pay me. Buy the way the $820 was after a 25% discount for being a maintenance plan customer with them. $292.00 an hour for labor?? Never again Robin Aire. Furnace is 20 years old... read more
