We used this specific location today for a concrete pour and 1 star is exaggerating. They provided us with the worst ready mix quality there were so many 1 inch rocks when our order specified 3/8 pea gravel pump mix. . We called them to let them know there is no way we can use this concrete it would damage the pump. They transferred us to their corona location where we spoke to the office manager Robert and he had THE WORST customer service. He was extremely rude and not understanding . Do not do business with this company they are not honorable people. I was driving to a job and one of their drivers was in front of me and he did not secure his back gate properly so rocks were spilling out everywhere. The rocks hit my windshield and cracked it. I pulled up next to him and to let him know he immediately pulled off the freeway. I called their office immediately to let them know. They directed me to file a claim. Terrible service, stay with your small business concrete suppliers. These people don’t care about customer service. Ordered concrete weeks ahead for 7am, they gave me a 2 hr window, concrete arrived 10am. They double book orders and they can’t keep up
