I had some things done to my engagement ring and I'm extremely satisfied. It looks like the day I received it!! I'm 100% happy and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
My husband bought my engagement ring from Robertson's in December 2015. Firstly, I loved it. I went this week to have it inspected, dipped, cleaned, and appraised. It was the easiest process ever. The ladies there were wonderful to work with! They make you feel like family! The head of my ring was bent slightly with a few scuffs and when I picked it up, it looked brand new! THEY ARE THE BEST! Can't say enough about their excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I had my wedding set resized, some of the setting prongs re tipped and had Rhodium re placed around the settings. It looks like new and they were to able to get my rings back promptly and earlier than the usual time. The associates Tammy Neal and Debbie Clark were very helpful and easy to work with. I wanted to post a picture of my ring but I do not know how to do it with this post.
Just had my wedding ring resized and re-tipped. Great job and ready a week sooner than expected. Also changed my watch battery out while I was there. Great service!!!
