I was on the way to a meeting when my tire pressure dropped. I'm new to the area and didn't know of a trustworthy tire shop so I took a chance on Robertson tire. Rob at the front desk helped me out and the team quickly diagnosed the issue. They went through a thorough inspection, took the wheel off, put it through a water test and determined that the tire was OK (likely the sensor gave a false reading). I went in for what I thought would be simple patch for my tire. The older kind gentleman at the front helped in choosing an affordable tire for my vehicle making the process smooth from beginning to end. Only thing I didn’t like was walking in and not being greeted whatsoever. A little awkward to say the least especially when the two up there acknowledge your presence. To the one who person who did help me, thank you! Price for the tire with installation was reasonable.
Had a great experience at Robertson tire and was able to find out why my low pressure indicator light was blinking and had a battery in one of the sensors changed for a low price. I am definitely satisfied with the good service and helpful experience! I would absolutely recommend this shop!
Been there multiple times. They plug tires for free as well.
