After more than 40 yrs trading here, the policies of the new non-local Colarado ownership is driving our large family to a new provider with it’s inferior service, poor communication, high prices and now, annoying & unneeded Phone queue delays and general non service oriented attitude. Another good family business bit the dust. I can no longer recommend this co. It breaks my heart.

I called and spoke with Steve to ask them to look at my right rear tire because I've been putting air every day for the last few days. He told me to come in and they'd look at it. I waited for about 15-20 mins. What I didn't expect was for Steve to tell me they found a hole and repaired it! I asked how much I owed and was told it's free! I wasn't aware they offer this as a free service. I will for sure go back when I'm in the market for new tires! Thanks, Steve!
