This is my favorite pharmacy ever. I think of the owner as my friend. He watches out for me, remembers which medications I take, tells me what not to take, and when I have had needed it, he has driven to my house or had someone deliver my meds. I never got service like this anywhere ever. And it's always service with a smile. You'll never get service like this at one of the big pharmacy chains.
It's always a pleasure getting my specialty prescriptions filled at Robertson Pharmacy. The customer service has been great every time and the orders are filled in a timely manner.
Robertson Pharmacy is one of the Westside’s best kept secrets. It’s so refreshing not having to deal with a massive chain pharmacy. Every single person I’ve interacted with on staff has been kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful — especially Bob, who is always professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. Great experience here. Needed to get Yellow Fever vaccinations for an overseas trip and this was perfect. They explained all of the process, paperwork and the vaccination in great detail. Highly recommend.
Great little pharmacy! They go above and beyond and ordered extras of a medication that frequently sells out so I wouldn’t have to lapse. They are very friendly and I never have a line when picking up. Highly recommend!
