Found very nice kitchen cabinets for my kitchen at a reasonable price. Julie was very professional and helpful each step of the way. She also helped to design a nice new set up in my kitchen that was within the reach of my budget. Would recommend them to anyone.
I was completely underwhelmed by the service provided. I met twice with the designer and both times she was between 15 - 30 minutes late for the meeting and not prepared. Very impolite. I paid $250 to have the designer and contractor come to my house and still did not really receive any specific design recommendations with regard to cabinet type, colors, etc. The price quoted by the contractor was ridiculous and almost twice the quotes I received by other kitchen remodelers. Good service and the installers were very detail-oriented.
Jim Robertson went the extra mile in locating outdated kitchen cabinet replacement hinges for my 30 year old kitchen. The first two businesses I checked with immediately told me my hinges were no longer available. Jim took the time to research and find them for me, and I was a total stranger. I am a lifelong cabinet maker and after looking over the cabinets and countertops in the showroom, I can say without hesitation that their materials and workmanship are first rate.
