took my stihl ms311 chainsaw in for service,asked them to sharpen the chain and fix the hard starting and bogging issue since it was still under warranty. got it back a week later and the chainsaw was not even touched! still in the same broken condition that i took it in the first place! chain was not sharpened,same hard starting and bogging issues! i'm pissed,guess i'll take it somewhere else!
