Was given totally wrong information today, was told I had a main sewer line backup flooding my basement laundry tub and that a plumber could't fix it, I needed to call roto rooter. Well roto rooter said it was not sewage and fixed the blockage in the pipe descending from the kitchen sink in about 15 minutes. Their prices are fixed, so it cost way more than a plumber.
These people were recommended by Virginia Generator, who installed our generator eight years ago, to install a whole house surge protector after we suffered some damage from a lightning strike. They quoted us to $******** as an estimate and they came and installed the surge protector. Cannot count on their words. Had to keep rescheduling because of the terrible scheduling service. On the first appointment the guy never showed up, On the second appointment the agreement was between 11 AM and 1 PM and the guy showed up at 8 AM and on the third appointment the guy was hours late. We supposed to receive an estimate two days ago and so far didn’t get anything. I am really done with that company.
RecommendedWillie did a great job today fixing a breaker issue. Timely. Friendly and solved the problem while dealing with this heat! Would definitely use them again. Thank you.
Willy Tomlin, from Robertson, recently installed 4 ceiling fans for us. Not only did he do his job quickly and efficiently, he did the work at an excellent price and even offered to take the empty boxes with him... can't recommend Willy and Robertson enough!!! Great company and staff to work with...
For such a hot and busy week, it was marvelous to have some of our ceiling fans installed! I’m sure it helped that 2 of the fans to be installed were the same, and we had assembled the fan blades ahead of time to save them time, but having 4 ceiling fans installed in 2 hours exceeded our expectations. Willy Tomlin was kind, efficient, and prompt. We highly recommend Robertson Electric!
I had previously contracted Robertson Electric in Charlottesville VA to install a new HVAC system, and because they did a good job, I selected it to install a new sump pump with back-up system. An electrician came to the house, looked at what needed to be done, and submitted an estimate of $*** for four hours of work for two workers. I had bought the equipment myself.
