If i could leave zero stars I would. Delayed response time from the staff for transferring medical records all for money profit. Took months for them to transfer simple medical records after countless times checkin g in with them, just for them to charge me in order to have a physical paper copy of my records. I was all the way in New Hampshire and in order to have them transfered, i had to drive down there on my own time. Thats how difficult they were and fed up i became after 6+ months of waiting for them.
Good doctor
When we first started going there about 11 years ago it was a wonderful experience with Dr. Robertson. Although her staff did need some professional improvements but I did see some good changes over the years. However, in the past 3 years it’s been a different NP each time (We haven’t actually seen Dr. Robertson since) we have gone and the staff seems to be going downhill once again. Just like Jackson. Stay out!
