RecommendedThe staff is so friendly, Dr. Michalosky was so funny and took every inch of worry out of my head. Fees are very reasonable and they are so close to me, so convenient all around. Definitely going to them again! Edit: adding in a photo of my little lady to show that she is definitely confident in a one-piece. ;)
Everyone was very nice and extremely patient with my boy, Kane. My dog is a bit anti-social but the vet and everyone in the office made him feel right at home. Very happy with our visit today and I will be going back!
I have been coming here for over 30 years. I recommend them to everyone I know. I particularly love Dr. Michaeloski! He has been there when I have had to put loved ones down and when I brought new ones in. The staff are all awesome!

I posted this a reviewed over at the location page for R&W but just realized you guys have an active page too. So I wanted to put it here too. I am floored by the compassion and generosity of the staff and Dr. Richard Michalosky. We had to say goodbye to one of our little rattie girls and it could not have went smoother. After I was surprised with an almost completely waived bill. Amazing. They have gained a customer, friend, and positive referral. I'm shocked. Rest easy little Gia, you got a raw deal.

I too am sorry it has taken me this long to express how much I appreciate Dr. Wendt and her excellent staff for their AMAZING service and dedication to the Vet industry. I grew up on the east side of CLE and when I moved to the west side, decided to go with several recommendations of east side friends that would take ALL of their pets west for her service. Dr. Michalosky is wonderful! I've been coming here since 2012 and have been very pleased with the care. You can tell he really cares about your pet and he is very upfront regarding expectations. I've had 2 pets who have had surgeries for tumors and thankfully both were good experiences. I had to put one of my dogs down at the emergency vet a few years ago, and Dr. Michalosky called the following Monday to tell me how sorry he was and that I'd made the right decision at the time.
