My elderly mother tried working with Robert to have her yard cleaned up every 2 weeks. They met and he looked at what she wanted done and she like him. She had some initial clean up she needed done. In the process of completing that work they completely butchered two of her plants and she's not sure they will ever grow back. In addition to this, he agreed to come every two weeks (1st and 2rd Monday of every month) to maintain her yard (clean up, weeds, mow grass, etc.). On May 18 I used ROBERTS TREE SERVICE for the second time. I will never use them again. We had trees removed from my 95 year old fathers yard. Robert was supposed to drop the trees. Cut the trunks in rounds and haul away the limbs. Now my father has a broken fence and gate with flashing torn from the garage. He did not cut the rounds for easy removal, nor did he take the limbs with him. He left tree trunks laying all over the yard. Today is June 5. A couple weeks after.
