Great Butcher Roberts Specialty Meats opened up in the last year and I am so glad they did. I missed shopping at Vic's Prime Meats since they closed and Roberts is a great replacement. They have a wonderful selection of cuts of meats and are always willing to cut to your preference. All the employees are very helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

They accommodate large parties, and can set you up with a month's worth of meat so you can plan your dinners in advance...priced to help families on a budget. Every time we've purchased from Robert's it's been perfect cuts of meat!
Great Place I have went up there looking for some harder to find items... Pork belly. Hanger steak. Ground lamb. I have never left dissapointed. Even picked up some simple porterhouse steaks the other day. They were a great value. Love the place!!!
As good as it gets I have been shopping at Robert's since they opened. It is easily the best value for high quality meat in the area. I used to purchase steak at Sendiks, and I much prefer Robert's (and at half the price). The staff is helpful and well informed. The product is of outstanding quality and the prices are comparable to Pick-n-Save (sometimes even cheaper). As Waukesha continues to grow, it is nice to say that I know my butcher by name. Best Butcher I love this place. I go there to buy pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You have to try the brat/hamburger patties. They are really unbelievable. The steaks are tender and fairly priced. This place is highly recommended.

Great Butcher !! Roberts Specialty Meats is where we purchase all of our meats now. We used to shop at other stores but have been coming back here since they opened. The quality of the meat is fantastic and the staff is helpful and friendly. They just introduced a new product, Capt Jeff's Premium Potato Salad Mix. We sampled it during our recent visit and it is absolutely delicious. Great- Butcher, 100% reccomended. This place has great quality, and awesome specialty products- to be honest I was very surprised to find a place of this caliber in Waukesha. They have a lot of unique different offerings- the stuffed turkey/ chicken and al capone roast are great. The best part? The prices are beyond reasonable and finally a company that understands customer service. Always friendly and helpful, and willing to make you whatever you like if you aren't seeing something that fits your appetite.
Al Capone Roast and more There quality of product is A+. The Al Capone Roast is a definite must to try; outstanding taste and easy prep, too. As for their Polish sausage -- flashback to my childhood when I helped my parents make it over 50 years ago! Thanks!
