I disagree with every good review here sorry but your opinion really isn't valid if you didn't have to stay here yourself, I was here in 2019 and was here about 8 to 9 months, ive been in over 20 to 30 placements and this was by far the worst. They put hands on people without valid reason, like you can't tell me a valid reason to restrain someone is for pacing in a room when everyone's calm doing there thing. This facility is not a safe or supportive place for kids. The so called “treatment” is harmful, traumatic, and more like incarceration than care. Children are mistreated regularly. The food trays look like something out of a jail. Snack cupboards are kept locked, and access to food is extremely limited even if you're hungry. The entire atmosphere feels cold, controlling, and restrictive. Staff are not properly trained to handle trauma and it shows. I'm just going to say, how can you all dislike Robert smart. It's great... wait that's not good enough ITS PHENOMENAL It's just so fun. I don't know why I see a lot of bad reviews. Maybe it's cause you kids just want to get out and are just refusing/retaliating to them

Hello my name is hope I currently live in rsc. I had many problems such as running away and using substances when I first got there. I even went missing 27 days. Most of it was a blur. My workers thought that it would be a good idea to place me in their secure facility. I fought it in court. I didn’t end up moving. I was so thankful that there was a judge out there who understood. I was put in a Robert smart home around 2022 and I think it’s safe to say this place hasn’t changed. Some staff have 0 de-escalation skills. I remember one of them started swearing at me told me to “push him” obviously so he could get physical with me and possibly assault me, luckily I didn’t and I ended up complaining about this. It went nowhere and he didn’t even apologize. I don’t think they even contacted CAS cause I never heard from them.
