I’m a long-time customer of Roberts Service Company. Recently the compressor in my heat pump failed 17 months after installation. Chuck and Rylan quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I expected an expensive bill, but owner Scott Roberts made the repair a no-charge when he could have reasonably argued that the compressor malfunction was not his company‘s fault. Great service didn't make a mess in my finished basement and gave me great advice.
Excellent recent experience with Chuck and Roberts Service Company. i made a mistake and called All pro to fix my hot water heater which needed a new ignition assembly. All pro right away tried selling me a new water heater. I paid them their $190 service fee and asked them to leave. Called Roberts and they came out the same day and within three days because of the weekend they replaced the ignition assembly. They are a very honest and respectable company. I will never use anyone else.
