Prompt, efficient response to roof repair.👌
After noticing a few loose shingles, I appreciated how the technician explained that prolonged sun exposure had caused them to deteriorate and took about an hour to replace and secure everything. The work was thorough, and he even suggested some preventive measures to help avoid similar issues in the future.
I’m very pleased with the roofing work completed on our home. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and careful around the property. Everything looks neat and professionally finished.
I anticipated some coordination delays due to condo management requirements, but the roofer efficiently navigated those and completed the shingle repair in under two hours. They also took time to explain that the earlier issue was due to improperly installed flashing, which wasn't caught during a previous repair by another company.
The roofing provider was efficient and finished the storm damage repair in approximately three hours. Unfortunately some debris was left behind that we had to clean up, compared to the other quotations I received. The workers restored a few of broken shingles and patched a little leak which seems to have taken care of the problems from the recent severe rains.
