Best rental experience by far. The management team is responsive and professional. Any time I had an issue in my apartment it was resolved swiftly. Would highly recommend any of their properties.
We rented one of the apartments upstairs in the Pennsylvania house when my husband and I got married and rented for alnoat two years. We loved the space and the landlords were great. The property was always well maintained and prices were fair. We got locked out of our place late one Saturday night and one of the brothers came by to let us in promptly. Would highly recommend
I had seen the apt, loved it; submitted all info for credit check right away, got approved and made apt. to give deposit the following day. When I got there I was told that the unit was rented out to someone else. They didnt even have the decency to honor my commitment to our appointment or call to let me know they chose someone else. I lost 2 days of searching for a place to live and and just want to express that no matter how many rentals a Mgt Co handles, potential renters should be respected.
