While the hotel is a bit far from the downtown area, they do provide a free shuttle to downtown. The hotel has a 24-hour workout room, conference and banquet facilities and restaurant, complete with a lounge.

I have been a customer here for more than 8 years. I dont know why I keep wasting my time hoping things could get better here. My stay this last sunday I was greeted rudely, & doubled charged my room after I book it thru booking.com. The staff is no where near friendly or understanding. They did not give me a receipt. They added charges that my bank have confirmed that I have to send over to the hotel in order for them to believe me. No staffing, dodges calls regarding being charged far more than the original amount of the booking . Failed to honor my cancellation request that was submitted far before the date I could do so and expect a full refund.
No stars. The hotel has not been maintained: curtains hanging from the rod and not able to be closed for privacy, walls cracked, stingy with toilet paper and towels. I went for assistance and the front desk attendant was more concerned complaining that he had to work on his birthday. After checking out an additional charge was billed without permission to the credit card. The explanation for the charge continues to change and is not true.
