I’ve been going to Roberts PT for almost a year. I am a power lifter and I initially pulled a quad muscle one month before a meet. After a very thorough evaluation Scott treated the muscle but determined that I had a pretty substantial hip imbalance that left one leg shorter, thus causing a cascade of events when under heavy weight, including strain on my quads and low back pain. I’ve had serious back pain that referred to my hamstrings for about three months, went to doctors, chiropractors, and other PTs...but nothing can compare to Roberts PT & Massage. I lived with sciatic nerve pain for over 20 yrs, being told it was due to osteo-arthritis, by a previous PT. We moved to Richmond and I still had pain. My new Dr referred me to Roberts PT&M. Best day ever! I found out it was not due to the arthritis and could be fixed with their treatments. I am happy to say I am pain free now. As long as I am a good patient and do my prescribed stretching and get maintenance deep tissue massages which they also have available.
