Had a 4:00 appt, showed up at 3:40. One hour later I still had not been called back but 5 other people who showed up 10-30 minutes after me were called back. No one cared to explain to me why the delay and when I got up and walked out there was still no explanation or apology. I have been going to this eye clinic for 20 years but won’t be back.

Excellent patient care. Thorough exam and explained everything to my 5 year old. Extremely impressed my 16 year old asked for her next exam to be there.

Absolutely love this place. Dr.Philpott is amazing as well as the ladies up front. They are very helpful with making sure you get the best set of glasses or contacts that your insurance covers and also help give their honest opinions on what looks best on you. 😁 I drive 35min just to go here.
