Roberts Home Medical is the absolute WORST company I have ever done business with. Even after you have paid your bill with them in full they will continue to harass you forever it seems. I even have written documents proclaiming that I have paid my bills in full and no longer request service from them in any way, and they still continue to harass me! This is the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with, charges need to be filed against them!
Dealing with this facility has been a nightmare, only I’ve been awake the whole time, unfortunately, the process to obtain a wheelchair for my mother has been grueling, and we have now waited nearly 2 weeks for in-home oxygen. What does one have to do to speak with one representative, and have one person- or, even multiple persons, see this process through from beginning to end? Supposed to send out monthly cpap supplies. It's been six months and we are yet to get the first shipment.
Robert's Home Medical will not turn off Autopay. No one was given permission from me to take money out of my bank account. The system did it automatically and Robert's has a lame excuse for not turning it off. Time to cancel Robert's Home Medical.
Absolutely choose another provider/supplier- They do not follow through on anything, have lost all records for past 6 years, and have changed ownership during all of this. Also, call to “corporate” was unsatisfactory and no follow through with my request. Too many others from which to choose so I advise not to waste your time and energy with Roberts.
I have been dealing with this company for several months now and they have messed up nearly everything concerning my CPAP machine, ordering supplies and even making pressure adjustments per the doctor's orders. I would highly NOT recommend this group and only wish I could switch prior to actually "owning" my CPAP machine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Roberts Home Medical. I wish I would have done so.
Nice people, but they don't play the insurance game right. They refuse to file for you when they are supposed to be "participating providers." It costs me far more than it should because they wanted a bigger slice of the pie.
