Roberts HVAC installed a tankless water heater for me. They did a great job from Informing me of the option, to installation through to follow up and in maintenance. I’ve also called Roberts for an emergency HVAC problem during the coldest part of winter.They were able to obtain a replacement part and fix the system by the end of the day when another company that I had hired was unable to do anything after two weeks.
Robert's service is very professional, and they responded very quickly when we needed their help.
I recently had my AC repaired and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jason was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had the system up and running in no time.
A Technician ran into my vehicle while servicing neighbors house. I called 3 different times to talk with someone and got zero call backs. I finally get someone on the phone and the lady on the phone was rude as hell. These companies dont care about other people livelihoods or accountability. I will gather ring cam evidence from other neighbors and file for a hit and run.
