Robert’s has done maintenance, replaced a heat pump and a furnace humidifier for us. All was done well, promptly and reasonably.
Very professional and knowledgeable Mechanics, we had a problem with a fairly complicated system that no one else could resolve. These guys came in and diagnosed the problem very quick , made the necessary repairs. Very courteous and clean.
Great work this week from Roberts Heating and Air. My A/C died on a Thursday and they had someone at the house that day to assess. They gave me two options: repair some parts or replace the whole unit. I did some checking and the prices were competitive so I pulled the trigger on a new and upgraded unit. They were at the house on Wednesday - two workers and a supervisor. Robert’s are truly professional experts on the topic. They took a complicated situation in an old house and completely turned it around. They also fixed a few things I didn’t even ask for that they didn’t charge me for. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Robert's did an excellent job replacing our AC units on one of the hottest days of the summer. Of the three estimates, they were the lowest. He was responsive and completed the work within three days of our call. The new system does a better job of cooling our house and we've had no problems since.
