Basically begged them to take my money for a lock change. Every time they say they’ll call you back or have someone call. Never happens. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, if you count asking for a bid from the lady at the front desk as service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Requested a small commercial lock change and have been given the run around for literally 7 weeks. I’ve called and asked what the deal was over 5-6 times. Still nothing. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to take your money. Would never, ever recommend this place. From looks of reviews, seems like residential is taken care of, not commercial. Disappointing.
