Customer service on the phone and in person was excellent. I was deciding between two different models and Karen was really helpful in explaining the differences and getting me into the model that will suit my needs.
we try to blow a extremely large yardfull of leaves every year. Mr roberts comes and sucks all the leaves up for many years. does a great job. we called he came the next day. so thankful that he came right away. with the rain and snow flurries coming. so nice to know all the hard work blowing the yard isn't blowing around my clean yard. thank you so much for saving our backs. getting old. thank you so much for always helping us.... highly recommend roberts four seasons!!!!

The owner of Robert's Four Season was very helpful and friendly today. I purchased a Husqvarna 129L today. I would recommend Robert's Four Season to anyone.
Shady warranty protocol. Other dealers return the “bench fee” while Roberts keeps that fee. Karen Roberts told me when I called that they do this for people who don’t purchase their equipment at Roberts because they need to make something since it was purchased elsewhere. That didn’t coincide with the manufacturer when I called to ask why I needed to pay for a diagnostic fee. The manufacturer told me that if it was covered I should be returned the fee. they don't return your phone calls when you try to order parts
You can’t find a harder working family than the Roberts. They do great & beautiful work. They put in a stone planter around our house 15 years ago and it still looks great today. In the first year of it being done it stopped our neighbors young daughter in her car from coming into our kitchen!!!! So, if their work stopped that it just shows the effort they put into all their projects. I would highly recommend them!!!!!!!!
