2 weeks after install the section of fence started to warp and slots popped out. Trying to get someone to come and fix it is taking so long. Every time they say they are coming they don’t show up. Customer service is terrible. For all the money you spend they should come right back.
The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Mixed up installation dates. Didn’t finish the job. We verbalized the entire property getting a fence and they didn’t do a section and crossed it out of the contract! Took a form of payment day of and now calling us to pay again!!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!

From the consultation with John to the work with Fabian and his crew, this process was done professionally, neatly and beautiful!!! I would recommend Roberts Fence highly !!! I priced other fence companies in the area and Roberts was reasonable and they did try to oversell you. Very very happy.
We were supposed to have a fence installed on July 8. A woman called at 8 am on the 8th and said a guy didn't show up, so they would come on the 10th. A man called the morning of the 10th and said a guy didn't show up so they will have to come the 11th. Same guy called the morning of the 11th and unapologetically said the guy didn't show up and they will have to reschedule for the 12th. Stop cancelling appointments and then telling customers that the price has doubled that the estimate was wrong!!!!
Highly recommend. Very professional, fair prices and quality material. Very friendly staff and easy to deal with. Definitely call Robert if you need a fence.
