I had a very frustrating experience with this company due to a lack of upfront pricing transparency and poor follow-up. I scheduled a visit with the understanding that the technician would come out to diagnose the issue and provide a quote. At no point before the visit was I informed of a service call fee, minimum labor charge, or that I would be billed simply for having someone come out.
