Sexist and inattentive to customers at front desk. Will sit on phone with no eye contact while one waits at counter, as if the phone was more important than person standing in front of them especially a female . Town and country Van ... Great. Roberts Chrysler Dodge. Not so much.
Good people in the Service Department, they have taken care of my car for 8 years. There has never been any surprise charges or need for completed work to be re-done.
