My first experience with Roberts was very favorable! I had been to two other area Dodge dealers to get a hesitation fixed in a Dakota. After paying two diagnostic charges (1 hour @ $105.00) at two other area dealers, who told me "they found nothing", word of mouth told me "try Robert's Service Department" They took me right away, no appointment. Greasy. Shady... Don't trust them. Much better buying experience at Executive, just got a 2016 Ram, Roberts blew me off.
Sexist and inattentive to customers at front desk. Will sit on phone with no eye contact while one waits at counter, as if the phone was more important than person standing in front of them especially a female . Town and country Van ... Great. Roberts Chrysler Dodge. Not so much.
