This company apparently works hard to collect application fees and then works extra hard to make it impossible to actually sign a lease. After providing all information for background checks (no issues there), proof of income (greatly exceeding requirements), credit check (in the outstanding range), demanding 3 months rent in advance (which we are agreeable to), they won't rent the property because we can't see it in person first (we are moving from several states away; we can't physically be there now and want to make arran... read more
They treat people with no respect here, and have continually had outbursts in response to questions being asked about the normal course of business. Glad to be free of this organization that supports a belligerence toward their respectful customers.
