Robert worked on our car's transmission. It leaked right after that. He was very rude and overcharged us. Buyer Beware!
I took my 2000 Mustang into Robert's automotive on Friday 13th to have a new clutch installed. Robert, the owner, was very nice and helpful answering my questions and being honest with me. I left my car with him over the weekend and he had it ready for me Tuesday morning early. I drove my car all day today and the car shifts like a dream; nice and smooth. Absolutely horrible ..... Charged me $500 and found out a week later that used parts had been installed. Robert calls his guys Mustang Pros, I would consider them ripoff artists.
Excellent Service – I absolutely love this place they were very professional, went over my whole car called me up first to get my approval told me what needed the most attention first,and things that I need to get later on. He didn't try to sale me everything up front which I liked.he gave me his honest opinion . The whole staff was very friendly and I will go back to have all my future repairs there.
Do not take your car to Roberts Automotive – Roberts Automotive worked on my Mustang for almost 10 years. The original plan was to build a strong motor that had high torque and horsepower. Come to find out he had know idea how to make this happen. Every time I went to get my car back there was always something new wrong with it. The last time I took it to him to fix a noise and change the oil. I got it back with no oil and it was already knocking and when I confronted him about it, he insisted he put oil it himself.
