Purchased two used cars in the last 5 months. Paid cash for one and financed the second with them. Both transactions easy and the cars were spotless! I never buy new, so based on their treatment of me, they have a lifetime customer. It's worth the trip to the lot or check out the website, it's easy to navigate

I liked the guys at Roberts. They offered a good price but did not entertain much negotiation. They said they would take care of all the registration and tags stuff, but they screwed up my address and I had to fix it through DMV online. They do not offer Carfax but use another service. I am very happy with my SUV.

Great buying experience. If you can deal with Johnny, he's your man. Great guy! Customer service was top notch. I traveled from Ottawa, Canada and was greeted very nicely.

I was over paying for an under valued vehicle before I went to see Brett at Roberts. He got me into a beautiful Audi for less money than I was paying for my other car. They worked with me on the down payment and got me a great interest rate. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great pre-owned vehicle, whether your credit is great or not so great, to go see the guys at Roberts. Truly "The Real Car Guy"!

I recently shopped around what seemed like every dealership in the Capital Region. I was dissatified with either the customer service or the payment arrangements. I came to Roberts Auto and spoke with a really nice gentleman named Wael. I don't have the best credit score but Wael was able to not only get me in a car as promised he was able to get me in a really nice car that is affordable. These guys were super nice and very accommodating. I went in on a whim, but knew what I wanted. They treated me very respectful (for going in alone and I am a woman) and fair. I got a fair price on my trade in and they were able to get my car to me that same day, by pulling some strings for the inspection:) It was a Saturday I was down to the wire on time but they got it done and I could drive my new baby home within a few hours.
