Nada porque aunque estás pagando el carro y tiene aseguranza te lo quitan soy una clienta muy responsable de mis pagos y tengo 2 años de estar pagando y solo porque una empleada que no quiere ser su trabajo me vinieron a quitar el carro 🚗 sin ningún motivo se lo yevaron eso es ilegal porque siempre el cliente debe de tener la razón mientras que eres un cliente responsable

Never missed a car payment always paid on time, had insurance due on a tuesday, called them because it just so happens it did not align with my payday as i get paid bi weekly. They (insurance company)said ok pay it friday but you will not have coverage until friday i did not have the money at that instance as didn't get paid until friday as previously stated, I get a call from Roberts Wednesday and I told them I planned to make that insurance payment Friday as the service rep was nice about it she said you have to pay us 21 ... read more

These people are amazing! I have bought many cars from them over the years all the way from my first car many years ago up to my wife's car this year and they have never failed to provide excellent service.
we got a car n two weeks we had it . motor was shot so they said n they didn't even offer us a loaner I missed my dad funaral no way of going now want us to pay . just sorry .n I really thought this was a good place with good people .
great customer service, no fine lines no hidden print. they are straight forward with you and honest. I would recommend them to anyone
